投资于人导向下职业教育高质量发展路径探析

[摘要]面临人口出生率持续下降的现实趋势下，投资于人与职业教育高质量发展已成为教育领域备受关注的人们议题。针对当前职业教育中普遍存在的专业设置调整之后、数智化建设较为薄弱、教师薪酬体系等问题，在系统梳理投资于人的理论渊源后，从投资于人视角下为职业教育高质量发展提出了优化专业设置、数智化赋能职教改革、树立正确职业教育形象等措施，旨在为我国投资于人战略导向下职业教育发展提供可参考性建议。

An Exploration of Pathways for High-Quality Development in Vocational

Education Guided by the "Investment in People" Approach

[Abstract]Faced with the ongoing trend of declining birth rates,"investment in people" and thehigh-quality development of vocational education have become topies of significant concemn in the field of edu-cation. Addressing common issues in current vocational education-such as adjustments to program offerings.insufficient digital and intelligent infrastructure, and teacher compensation systems-this paper systematically re-views the theoretical foundations of human capital investment. From a human capital investment perspective, itproposes measures for the high-quality development of vocational education, including optimizing program affer-ings, empowering vocational education reform through digital and intelligent technologies, and establishing apositive image for vocational education. The aim is to provide actionable recommendations for the developmentof vocational education in China under a human capital investment strategy.
