高职院校思政课教师数字素养提升实证研究

[摘要]:提升高职思政课教师数字素养是教育数字化转型与思政课改革创新的时代要求。本研究采用单组前后测准实验设计，以泉州轻工职业学院20名思政课教师为对象，设计并实施了一套涵盖“数字技术素养与政策理解、智慧教学能力提升与课堂重构、数字伦理与网络思政引导力”三大模块的定制化培训。通过前后测成绩对比发现，教师后测平均分(87.85)较前测(72.40)显著提升15.45分,教学效率指数(E.L.)为0.56,超过了0.50的高效标准。满意度调查显示，四个维度评分均值介于4.33-4.52之间(5点量表),说明培训获得了教师高度认可。研究还发现“课程内容设计”与“教学实用性”是教师对培训满意度的关键因素。最后，我们从教师个体与院校组织两个层面提出了具体建议，以期为高职院校开展思政课教师数字素养培育工作提供实证参考。

An Empirical Study on Enhancing the Digital Literacy of Political Education Teachers
in Higher Vocational Colleges
[Abstract]: Enhancing the digital literacy of vocational college ideological and political education instrue-tors is a pressing need of the times in the context of educational digital transformation and the reform and in-novation of ideological and political education courses. This study employed a single-group pre-post quasi-ex-perimental design, targeting 20 ideological and political education instructors at Quanzhou Light Industry Voca-tional College. A customized training program was designed and implemented, covering three major modules:"Digital Technology Literaey and Policy Understanding." "Enhancement of Smart Teaching Capabilities andClassroom Reconstruetion," and "Digital Ethics and Online Ideological and Political Guidance." A comparisonof pre- and post-test scores revealed that the teachers' average post-test score (87.85) increased significantlyby 15.45 points compared to the pre-test (72.40), with the Teaching Eficieney Index (E.I.) reaching 0.56, ex-ceeding the 0.50 threshold for high efficiency. Satisfaction surveys indicated that the mean scores across allfour dimensions ranged from 4.33 to 4.52 (on a 5-point scale), demonstrating that the training was highly rec-ognized by the teachers. The study also found that "course content design" and "practical applicability" werekey factors infuencing teachers' satisfaction with the training. Finally, we proposed specific recommendations atboth the individual teacher and institutional levels, aiming to provide empirical references for vocational collegesin cultivating the digital literacy of ideological and political education instructors.
