人口老龄化背景下师范院校的老年教育资源挖潜

[摘要]随着中国人口老龄化的加速，老年教育已成为社会发展的重要议题，积极应对人口老龄化成为国家战略。结合我国人口发展趋势，我国老年教育需求的发展呈现出三个特征，即大缺口、强增长和重线下。要推动我国老年教育高质量发展，教育资源供应和教师队伍建设都面临新的挑战，深入挖掘师范院校的老年教育资源，能够为老年教育的发展提供有力支撑。师范院校可以凭借其丰富而独特的资源扮演双重角色，即作为老年教育优质资源的直接提供者和老年教育教师队伍建设的重要平台。师范院校老年教育资源挖掘的策略包括明确目标定位、整合内部资源和拓展外部合作等。

Tapping the Potential of Educational Resources in Normal
Universities for Elderly Education in the Context of Population

[Abstract]With the acceleration of population aging in China, elderly education has emerged as a criticalissue in social development, and proactively responding to population aging has become a national strategy. Inlight of China's demographic trends, the evolving demand for elderly education exhibits three distinctivecharacteristics: a substantial supply-demand gap, robust growth, and a strong emphasis on offline delivery. Topromote the high-quality development of elderly education in China, both the supply of educational resourcesand the building of the teaching workforce are confronting new challenges. Tapping deeply into the educationalresources for elderly education within normal universities can provide solid support for the advancement of thisfield. Drawing on their rich and unique resources, normal universities can play a dual rle-serving as directproviders of high-quality resources for elderly education and as an important platform for cultivating theteaching workforce dedicated to it. Strategies for unleashing these resources include clarifying institutional goalsand positioning, integrating internal resources, and expanding external collaboration.
