社会认同理论视域下民办高职院校学生社团党建工作路径研究

[摘要]高校作为培养高素质技术技能人才的重要阵地，学生社团是民办高职院校开展思想政治教育和党建育人的重要载体，针对当前学生社团党建工作中存在的参与主动性不足、活动形式单一、内容融合不深、学生认同感不强等问题，本文基于社会认同理论，从身份认同、情感认同、价值认同和行为认同四个维度分析其现实困境，研究结果表明,学生社团党建工作的有效开展，不仅取决于组织覆盖和活动开展，更在于能否促进学生形成内在认同并转化为自觉行动，基于此，应通过强化组织嵌人、优化活动形式、推动内容融合、完善参与机制等路径，提升民办高职院校学生社团党建工作的育人实效。

Party-Building Pathways in Student Associations of Private
Vocational Colleges: A Social Identity Theory Perspective.

[Abstract]Colleges are important bases for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, whilestudent asociations serve as key platforms for ideological, political, and Party-building education. Focusing onweak participation, monotonous activities, insufficient content integration, and limited identification in privatehigher vocational colleges, this paper applies social identity theory and examines four dimensions: identity.emotion, value, and behavior. It finds that effective Party-building depends not only on organizational coverage.but also on students' internal identification and conscious action, requiring organizational embedding, activityinnovation, content integration, and participation mechanisms.
