摘要:教育数字化已成为推动教育变革的核心引擎,人工智能与教育教学的深度融合正重塑传统教学范式。文章依托课题<<AI赋能初中英语复习策略研究>>的实践探索,响应"师生共同课堂"倡议,系统提出并阐释"教师-小先生-AI智能师"协同育人的"三师课堂"教学模式,旨在破解传统初中英语复习中效率低下、个性化支持不足、反馈滞后及家校协同不畅等突出问题。文章首先剖析了"三师课堂"的理论根基与現实需求。其次构建了AI赋能背景下"三师"的角色定位、协作机制与运行流程,结合课题前期实践详细论述该模式在初中英语复习课前、课中、课后各环节的应用路径与核心策略。最后探讨了实施过程中可能面临的挑战及应对思路,以期为推进教育数字化转型、实現规模化教育与个性化培养的有机统一提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:  The digital transformation of education has cmerged as a pivotal force driving educationalreform, with the deep integration of artificial intelligence reshaping traditional teaching paradigms. Building onthe research project "Al Empowerment of Junior High School English Review Strategies" and responding tothe "Teacher-Student Collaborative Classroom" initiative, this paper systematically proposes and explains the"Three Teachers Classroom" model-a collaborative educational framework involving teachers, student mentors,and AI-powered educators. This model aims to address critical challenges in traditional English review classes,including low cfficiency, inadequate personalized support, delayed feedback, and ineffective home-schoolcollaboration. The study first analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical needs of the "Three TeachersClassroom,"then constructs role definitions, collaborative mechanisms, and operational workflows for the"Three Teachers" under Al empowerment. Through detailed implementation case studies from the researchphase, it elaborates on application pathways and core strategies for pre-class, in-class, and post-class phases ofjunior high school English review, Finally, it explores potential implementation challenges and correspondingsolutions, offering valuable insights for advancing educational digital transformation and achieving the organicintegration of large-scale education with personalized cultivation.
