从"小学科学实践活动"看"三师课堂"的建构与价值

摘要:"三师课堂"是契合新时代基础教育改革需求的教学模式,其核心在于打破传统课堂的单向传授逻辑,构建教师、学生(小先生)协同共生的探究生态。文章以"孩子们和我一起赛小车"的课堂实践为研究载体,系统剖析"赛小车"项目中"师生共探、师生互教"的实践形态,重点阐释"师生共同课堂"的理论内涵、价值意蕴与实践路径,并结合项目中跨学科整合、长周期探究、竞赛式评价等环节,探讨该模式是如何继承与发展陶行知教育思想的,以及其在赋能教育强国建设、推动教师专业发展、优化学科教学等方面的作用。研究表明,"赛小车"实践生动呈現了"三师课堂"的雏形,为基础教育阶段"三师课堂"的高质量建设提供了可复制、可推广的实践范式,也为AI智能师融入协同育人机制预留了实践空间。
Abstract: "Three-Teachers Classroom" is a teaching model that meets the needs of basic education reformin the new era. Its core lies in breaking the one-way teaching logic of traditional classrooms and constructingan inquiry ecosystem where teachers and students (little teachers) coexist and cooperate. Taking the story"Racing Cars with Students" as the research carrier, this paper systematically analyzes the practical form of"teacher-student cor-inquiry and student-student mutual teaching" in the"racing car" project, focuses onexplaining the theoretical connotation, value implication and practical path of the "Three-Teachers Classroom",and discusses the model's inheritance and development of Tao Xingzhi's educational thought, as well as itsrole in empowering the construction of an educational power, promoting teachers' professional developmentand optimizing subject teaching, combined with links such as interdisciplinary integration, long-cycle inquiryand competitive evaluation in the project. The research shows that the practice of "racing cars" vividlypresents the prototype of the "Three-Teachers Classroom", provides a replicable and promotable practicalparadigm for the high-quality construction of the "Three-Teachers Classroom" in the basic education stage, andalso reserves a practical space for the integration of AI intelligent teachers into the collaborative educationmechanism.
