即知即传,即学即教"小先生"制在幼儿家庭劳动教育中的应用研究

摘要:家庭劳动教育是幼儿成长进程中至关重要的隐性课程之一,然而学前阶段的家庭劳动教育仍处于薄弱环节,存在科学劳动教育理念欠缺、家长对劳动重视度欠缺以及劳动缺乏规划性和持续性等问题,难以培养幼儿内在的劳动品质。将陶行知先生倡导的"小先生"制融入家庭劳动教育中,在即知即传、即学即教的过程中,以"思考式""吸引式"的创新实践方案培养幼儿劳动经验,能够让幼儿在劳动带来的精神愉悦中树立自理、自立、自强的观念,从而培养符合新时代要求的劳动精神。
Abstract: Family labor education, as one of the crucial hidden courses in the growth process of youngchildren, is still a weak link in the preschool stage. There are problems such as the lack of scientific laboreducation concepts, the insufficient attention paid by parents to labor, and the lack of planning and continuityin labor. These problems make it difficult to culivate children's intrinsic labor qualities. Integrating TaoXingzhi's advocated "Litle Master" system into family labor education, in the process of immediatetransmision and immediate teaching, with innovative practical schemes of "thinking mode" and "attractivemode",cultivate children's labor experience. Let children establish the concepts of self-care, self-reliance andselfimprovement in the spiritual pleasure brought by labor, thereby cultivating labor spirit that meets therequirements of' the new era.
