Research on the Paths and Functions of the Grassroots Communist Youth League organizations in Vocational Colleges Participating in the Integration ofIdeological Education into Curriculum

[摘要]:职业本科院校聚焦立德树人工程,围绕教育教学中心工作,基层关工委参与课程思政,充分发挥职业本科院校老干部、老战士、老专家、老教师、老模范(以下简称“五老”)优势作用,紧密结合职业本科院校学生成长成才需求,共同开展“双师结构队伍建设”、“培养掌握职业技能学生”、“优质资源共享”、“思政课程教学案例分享”等一系列具有针对性和实效性工作,旨在通过“专家教授+青年骨干”、“跨专业传帮带”等模式,搭建起“优势互补、资源共享、协同发展”的师生成长共同体。本研究聚焦职业本科院校基层关工委参与课程思政实践,通过文献研究、调查研究与实证分析,发现部分院校已参与但程度差异明显且面临诸多挑战。其参与路径包括宏观构建协同育人格局、中观依托校地资源特色融入、微观挖掘课程思政元素并全员参与。成效体现为对学生成长、师资队伍建设和课程建设均有积极影响,如提升学生思想与职业素养、助力教师能力发展、完善课程体系等。以上海中侨职业技术大学经管学院廉洁文化建设实践为案例,进一步论证了基层关工委参与课程思政的意义、路径有效性及积极影响。最后提出应加强顶层设计、完善协同机制、提升“五老”队伍建设等建议,以提升课程思政质量,助力人才培养。

[Abstract]: Vocational undergraduate colleges focus on the project of cultivating people with virtue,focus on the work of the education and teaching center, and the grassroots work committee participatesin the ideological and political curriculum, giving full play to the advantages of old cadres, old soldiers,old experts, old teachers, and old models (hereinafter referred to as the "five olds") of vocationalundergraduate colleges, and closely combining the needs of students in vocational colleges to growand become talents, and jointly carry out a series of targeted and effective work such as"double-teacher structure team building", "training and mastering vocational skills students","high-quality resource sharing", "ideological and political course teaching case sharing", etc. It aims tobuild a teacher-student growth community of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, andcoordinated development" through the modes of "expert professor + youth backbone" and"interdisciplinary mentoring". Through literature research, survey research and empirical analysis, it isfound that some colleges and universities have participated in the ideological and political practice ofthe curriculum, but the degree of participation is obvious and there are many challenges. Itsparticipation path includes macro construction of collaborative education pattern, meso-basedintegration of school and local resources, micro excavation of ideological and political elements of thecurriculum and full participation. The results are reflected in the positive impact on the growth ofstudents, the construction of teachers and the construction of the curriculum, such as improvingstudents' ideological and professional quality, helping the development of teachers' ability, andimproving the curriculum system. Taking the practice of integrity culture construction in the School ofEconomics and Management of Shanghai Zhongqiao Polytechnic University as a case, this paperfurther demonstrates the significance, effectiveness and positive impact of the grassroots workcommittee's participation in curriculum ideology and politics. Finally, it is proposed to strengthen thetop-level design, improve the coordination mechanism, and improve the construction of the "five old"team, so as to improve the quality of curriculum ideology and politics and help talent training.
