“生活·实践”教育思想引领下的班级实践叙事一以湘师附小全国优秀少先队集体为例

摘要:文章基于新时代学生核心素养发展需求,以“生活·实践”思想为引领,以班级文化建设与少先队活动创新为契机,构建“生活-实践一成长"三位一体的教育模型;创新班级管理模式,坚持实践导向,理念先行,通过规范化仪式、情感化实践、家校共育和个性化展示等路径;引领学生在真实情境中学习,组织有意义的班级活动,促进学生社会责任感、团队协作能力、自我认知与创新精神发展,让学生的成长得以看得。
Abstract: Based on the development needs of students’core literacy in the new era, guided by the idea of “life and practice", taking the construction of class culture and the innovation of Young Pioneers’activities as an opportunity, we should construct a trinity education model of“life, practice and growth", innovate the class management mode, adhere to the practice-oriented and idea-first. Through standardized ceremony, emotional practice, home-school co-education and personalized display, we can guide students to learn in real situations, organize meaningful class activities, promote the development of students'sense of social responsibility, teamwork ability, self-awareness and innovative spirit, and make students’growth visible.
