提升教师教育写作素养的主要路径探析

摘要:教育写作是以教育实践、教学研究、教育政策或教育宣传为目标,通过文字系统表达教育思想、传递知识信息、反思教育实践、促进教师专业发展的写作活动,是建立在对教育深刻思考、体会和理解基础之上的文字表达。教育写作素养是教师专业素养能力的重要组成部分。本文依据新时代教育发展的要求和中小学教师教育生活的实践需要,从撰稿学校新闻、起草发言报道、编写教辅书籍、撰写教育论文、编辑校报校刊、准备专题报告、参编各类教材、出版个人专著等八个不同的视角,阐释了新时代中小学教师提升教育写作素养的主要路径和方法,对新时代中小学教师的专业成长具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。
Abstract: Educational writing is a written activity aimed at educational practice, teaching research, educational policy or educational publicity. It systematically expresses educational ideas through texts, transmits knowledge, reflects on educational practice, and promotes teachers’professional development. This activity is based on profound thinking, experience and understanding of education. Educational writing literacy constitutes an important component of teachers’professional competence. In accordance with the requirements of educational development in the new era and the actual life practice of primary and secondary school teachers, this paper elaborates eight pathways to enhance educational writing literacy from different perspectives: composing school news, drafting speeches and reports, compiling teaching auxiliary books, writing educational papers, editing school publications, preparing thematic reports, participating in textbook compilation, and publishing personal monographs. These approaches provide important reference value and guidance significance for the professional growth of primary and secondary school teachers in the new era.
