共学共生:“三师课堂"视域下初中古诗词教学策略探究

摘 要:“三师课堂”是以教师、小先生、AI智能师共建三师协同互动学习共同体为内核的课堂实践。文章从理论溯源、角色重构等方面探讨三师课堂范式，并提出初中语文古诗词教学的三阶策略:知阶:精准诊断，智能培训;行阶;共创情境，协作探究;创阶:迁移创新，五维升华。

Co-learning and Co-development: Research on Teaching Strategies ofAncient Poetry in Junior High School from the Perspective of the "Three-Tutor Classroom

Abstract: The "Three-Tutor Classroom" is a classroom model centered on the co-construction of acollaborative and interactive learning community by three types of tutors: the teacher, the "Little Teacher"(peer tutor), and the AI intelligent tutor. This paper explores the paradigm of the Three-Tutor Classroom fromthe perspectives of theoretical origin and role reconstruction, and proposes a three-stage strategy for teachingancient poetry in junior high school Chinese: the Knowledge Stage: precise diagnosis and intelligent training:the Action Stage: co-creating contexts and collaborative inquiry; and the Creation Stage: transfer andinnovation, five-dimensional sublimation.
