“三师课堂"视域下“三动六环”课堂教学模式探索

摘 要:在2022版新课标落地与乡村教育提质攻坚的背景下，乡村小学仍存在硬件老旧、课堂以讲授为主、学生自主学习弱、分层教学难等问题。石家庄市南村小学立足乡村办学实际，紧扣立德树人根本任务，融合陶行知“教学做合一”思想，依托少先队构建小队育人体系，以大同学(教师)、小先生、AI智能师“三师课堂”为引领，创新“三动六环”课堂教学模式，打破单一传统课堂教学边界，推动教学从“教师主导”向“多元协同、生生共进、AI智能辅助”转型。实践表明，该模式能有效提升学生课堂参与与探究能力，深化小队合作机制，降低学困生占比，促进学生核心素养发展，切实激活乡村教育内生发展动力，为乡村小学教育提质增效、缩小城乡教育差距，提供可复制、可推广的实践经验。

Exploration of the "Three-Motion and Six-Link" Classroom TeachingModel from the Perspective of the "Three-Teacher Classroom

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the implementation of the 2022 new curiculum standards and thequality-improvement initiative for rural education, rural primary schools are confronted with problems includingoutdated hardware, lecture-dominated classrooms, students'poor autonomous learning capacity and difficulties inimplementing difierentated teaching. Based on its reality of rural school operation and centering on thefundamental task of fostering virtue through education, Shjiazhuang Nancun Primary School integrates TaoXingzhi's idea of "integration of teaching, leaming and doing". Building a small-team education systemsupported by the Young Pioneers, the school takes the "Three-Teacher Classroom" composed of senior peers(teachers), student peer mentors and AI intelligent teachers as the guide and innovates the "Three-Motion andSix-Link" teaching model. It breaks the boundary of the single traditional clasroom and shifts teaching fromteacher-dominated mode toward multi-agent collaboration, peer-to-peer joint progress and Al-intelligentenhance students' classroom participation and inquiryassistance.Practices prove that this modelcan competence, perfect small-team cooperation mechanism, cut down the proportion of underachieving studentsand advance the development of students' core competencies. It effectively stimulates the endogenous drivingforce for rural educational development, and offers replicable and popularizable practical experience forimproving the quality and efficiency of rural primary education and narrowing the urban-rural education gap.
