三师协同视域下:小学高年级思政与语文融合教学实践研究
——基于“生活·实践”教育的课堂重构

摘 要:在教育强国战略与“生活·实践”教育齐头推进的背景下,“教师一小先生一AI智能师”协同的“三师课堂”为小学高年级思政与语文融合教学提供了新路径。本研究立足于小学高年级学生“具象思维向抽象思维过渡、价值观初步形成”的年龄特点,结合道德与法治、语文课程标准要求,通过文献研究、案例分析与行动研究,构建了三师协同的教学框架;教师主导课程整合与价值引领、小先生组织同伴互助与生活实践、AI智能师创设情境与提供个性化支持。研究表明,该模式能有效破解思政课“说教化”、语文课“重知识轻价值”的困境,显著提升学生的社会责任感与人文素养,为小学阶段落实立德树人根本任务提供了可复制的教学范式。

Perspective of Three-Teachers Collaboration: Classroom Reconstruction
Based on "Life-Practice" Education

Abstract: Under the background of the education power strategy and the promotion of "Life-Practice"education, the "Three-Teachers Classroom" featuring collaboration among "teachers, student mentors, and AIinstructors" provides a new path for the integrated teaching of ideological and political education (IPE) andChinese in upper primary grades. Based on the age characteristics of upper primary students-"transition fromconcrete thinking to abstract thinking and initial formation of values" -and in line with the curriculum standards of Morality and Rule of Law and Chinese, this paper constructs a three-teacher collaborativeteaching framework through literature research, case analysis, and action research: teachers lead curiculumintegration and value guidance, student mentors organize peer mutual assistance and life practice, and AIinstructors create scenarios and provide personalized support. Research shows that this model can effectivelysolve the problems of IPE classes being "preachy" and Chinese clases "valuing knowledge over values",significantly improving students' sense of social responsibility and humanistic literacy, providing a replicableteaching paradigm for implementing the fundamental task of "fostering virtue through education" in primaryschools.
