浅谈“三师课堂"在中职语文教学中的应用

摘 要:“三师课堂”是将陶行知“三共”理念与“小先生制”融入人工智能教育实践,构建起的“教师一小先生一AI智能师”三师协同的教学新形态。在人工智能驱动教育数宇化转型与职业教育提质培优的双重背景下,中职语文教学面临育人需求落地难、学用衔接断层、因材施教缺位的现实困境。“三师课堂”通过构建“知一行一创”三阶、“个体一小组一全班-拓展”四级、“知识一能力一情感一态度一价值观”五维的教学流程体系,能够从突破传统教学桎梏、锚定职业教育定位、推动师生双向成长等方面有效破解传统中职语文教学的痛点,为提升中职语文教学质量、培育中职学生语文学科核心素养提供有益借鉴。

A Brief Discussion on the Application of the Three-teacher Classroom in
Chinese Teaching of Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract: The"Three-Teacher Classroom" is a new teaching model of collaboration amongAbstract: The"teachers,student teachers, and AI intelligent teachers", which integrates Tao Xingzhi's "Three Togetherness" philosophyand the "Student Teacher System" into artificial intelligence education practice. Against the dual backgroundsof artificial intelligence-driven digital transformation in education and the quality improvement and excellenceinitiative in vocational education, Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools is faced with such practicaldilemmas as the difficulty in implementing educational goals, the disconnect between leamning and application,and the lack of personalized teaching. By constructing a teaching process system consisting of three stages of"knowledge, practice and innovation", four levels of "individual, group, class-wide and extension", and fivedimensions of "knowledge, ability, emotion, attitude and values", the "Three-Teacher Classroom" canefiectively address the pain points of traditional Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools in terns ofbreaking the shackles of traditional teaching, anchoring the orientation of vocational education, and promotingthe two-way growh of teachers and students. It thus provides a useful reference for improving the quality of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools and cultivating students' core competencies in Chinese.
