核心素养导向下“三师课堂"的价值意蕴与常态化实施路径研究

摘 要:在以核心素养为导向的教育改革背景下，“三师课堂”作为一种创新教学模式应运而生。本研究聚焦教师、小先生与AI智能师协同作用的师生共同课堂，系统探讨其价值意蕴与实施路径。研究发现，“三师课堂”通过重构师生关系、创新教学形态、优化学习生态，实现了从知识传授向素养培育的根本转变，其价值体现在促进学生核心素养全面发展、实现教学个性化与规模化的统一、推动教育公平与质量提升。常态化实施需要从理念转变、制度设计、技术支撑、文化建设四个维度协同推进。本研究认为应建立“三师”协同机制、重构学习空间、创新评价体系，形成可持续发展的教育新生态，以期为新时代教育改革提供理论支撑与实践指导。

Research on the Value Implication and Normalized Implementation Pathof the "Three-Teacher Classroom" Oriented by Core Competencies

Abstract: Under the background of educational reform oriented by core competencies, the "Three-TeacherClassroom" emerges as an innovative teaching model. This study focuses on the co-constructed classroomwhere teachers, peer tutors(xiaoxiansheng), and AI intelligent teachers work collaboratively, systematicallyexploring its value implication and implementation path. The research finds that the "Three-TeacherClassroom" achieves a fundamental transformation from knowledge transmission to competency cultivationthrough restructuring teacher-student relationships, innovating teaching forms, and optimizing learning ecology.Its value is reflected in promoting the comprehensive development of students' core competencies, achievingunity between personalized and large-scale teaching, and advancing educational equity and quality. Normalizedimplementation requires coordinated promotion from four dimensions: conceptual transformation, institutional design, technological support, and cultural construction. The study proposes establishing a collaborativemechanism among the "three teachers," reconstructing learning spaces, and innovating evaluation systems toform a sustainable educational ccology. This research provides theoretical support and practical guidance foreducational reform in the new era, holding significant importance for promoting high-quality educational development.
