知行合一:“书香润德”活动背景下的德育实践探索

摘 要:在杭州市广泛开展“书香润德”读书活动的背景下，现阶段学生群体存在的阅读内驱力不足、个性化辅导缺位、道德认知与行为实践割裂等现实育人难题。文章依托经典阅读，践行陶行知“生活即教育”“教学做合一”的理念，借助飞速发展的AI智能工具，推行“行知小先生制”,通过构筑书香育人阵地，深化研学实践的育人路径，创新评价模式，让德育实践在知行合一中真真实实地落地。研究发现，此次实践较为系统地构建了德育的新样式，推动了学生品格涵养与综合实践素养的提升，促进了以文育人、以书润德的实现。

Knowledge and Action Integrated: Practical Exploration of MoralEducation in the "Reading Cultivates Morality" Program

Abstract: Against the backdrop of a district-wide "Books Nurture Virtue" reading campaign, I noticedsome real challenges in educating students today, such as a lack of internal motivation to read, delayedanswers to their questions, and a gap between moral understanding and actual behavior. This study draws onclassic readings and puts into practice Tao Xingzhi's ideas of "life is education" and "teaching, learning, anddoing as one." Using rapidly developing AI tools, we implement the "Little Mr. Xingzhi" system. By creatingspaces that cultivate virtue through reading, deepening research-based learning practices, and innovatingevaluation methods, moral education truly takes root where knowledge and action mect. The study found thatthis practice systematically constructed a new model of moral education, enhanced students' characterdevelopment and overall practical skills, and facilitated the realization of educating through literature andnurturing virtue through books.
