世界即课堂理念下学校育人方式创新的实践研究

摘 要:随着新课程标准的颁布，传统教学手段已难以满足核心素养的培养要求。世界即课堂旨在突破时间、空间、学科以及个体的限制，将教育融入更广泛的现实情境。本研究根据小学教育的实际情形，通过课题研究，构建三级递进的育人体系，即校园融合一校外拓展一区域协作。通过跨学科嘉年华推动课堂改革，通过校外行走课程融入现实情境，在区域内构建多主体协同合作的育人体系，打造共同发展的教育环境。实践表明，这种三维育人模式以开放、真实和共育为核心，有助于打破传统课堂的局限，使学生能够在实际情形中主动研究、全面发展，为小学阶段的整体培养、实践教学以及协同育人提供切实可行的案例。

Practical Study on Innovating School Education Approaches with the Ideaof "The World as the Classroom

Abstract: The release of the new curriculum standards indicates that traditional teaching approaches arenot sufficient for developing students' core competencies. The idea of The World Is the Classroom overcomesthe constraints of time, space, subjects and individuals, and incorporates education into genuine and varied lifesituations. Based on the actual circumstances of primary-school education, this article establishes a three-tieredprogressive education model via subject-based research, which includes campus amalgamation, off-campusexpansion, and regional cooperation. This research advances classroom transfomation through conductinginterdisciplinary festivals, incorporates off-campus walking programs into real-world settings, and constructs amuli-subject collaborative education system to create a positive educational ecosystem. The evidence showsthat the three-dimensional educational model centered around openness, authenticity, and collaborative educationeffectively overcomes the limitations of conventional classrooms.It allows students to carry out self-directedexploration and attain comprehensive development in actual scenarios. Moreover, it offers vable practicalreferences for the overall cultivation, practical teaching, and collaborative education within primary schools.
