“生活·实践”教育理念下小学劳动教育课程建构研究

摘 要:“生活·实践”教育传承了陶行知的生活教育思想，也契合当下新时代的育人要求。重庆市开州区汉丰第九小学以此为依托，打造并落地了“百变七十二，小小生活家”劳动实践校本课程。课程没有局限在校园里，而是沿着走进家庭、走进学校、走进社会三条路径，把家庭当作劳动教育主阵地、学校作为主渠道、社会当作实践主战场，慢慢摸索出家校社协同开展劳动教育的新模式。经过三年多的落地实践，小学生的生活自理能力明显变强，劳动意识、公民素养也得到了实实在在的提升，超九成学生能做到自己的事独立完成、主动分担家务、积极参与校园事务。这次探索，不仅为小学阶段落地“生活·实践”教育提供了可参考的真实案例，也为新时代中小学劳动教育课程建设找到了一条可行的实践道路。

Construction of Primary School Labor Education Curriculum under the
Concept of "Life-Practice": A Case Study of the Curriculum "Seventy-
Two Transformations, Little Life Masters" of Hanfeng No.9 Primary
School in Kaizhou District, Chongqing

Abstract: The concept of "Life-Practice" education inherits Tao Xingzhi's life education ideology andresponds to the educational requirements of the new era. Taking Hanfeng No.9 Primary School in KaizhouDistrict, Chongqing as the rescarch object, this paper explores the school-based construction andimplementation of labor education curiculum guided by the concept of "Life-Practice" education, and developsthe practical curriculum named "Seventy-two Transformations, Litle Life Masters". The curriculum adopts the implementation path of "Three Approaches" (approaching families, schools and society), clarifying thatfamilies are the main positions, schools are the main channels and society is the main batlefield of laboreducation, so as to build a new collaborative education model among families, schools and communities. Aftermore than three years of practice, the curriculum has effectively improved students' self-care abilities, laborawareness and civic literacy. More than 90% of students have fomed good habits of handling personal affairsindependently, helping with houschold chores and taking the initiative to undertake school work. This researchprovides a practical example for the school-based implementation of "Life Practice" education in primaryschools, and also explores a feasible way for the construction of labor education curiculum in the new era.
