“三师课堂”在中南小学音乐教学中的本土化实践研究

摘 要:在教育数字化转型与新时代美育提质的双重背景下，习近平总书记关于科技创新的重要论述为教育领域的技术应用指明了根本方向。《教育强国建设规划纲要(2024-2035)》明确把“人工智能助力教育变革"作为促进信息技术与教育教学深度融合的战略部署。华中师范大学周洪宇教授提出的“三师课堂”，创造性转化陶行知教育思想，融合教师、小先生、AI智能师构建协同育人体系，是对国家教育战略的生动回应。针对区域内音乐教育资源不均衡、学生基础参差不齐、兼职教师专业能力薄弱等问题，文章结合中南小学“陶行知生活实践实验学校”的办学特色，立足合川区城乡交融的地城特点，深入践行周洪宇教授的“知一行一创”闭环理念，对“三师课堂”的本土化实践路径进行了系统探索，旨在为同类学校提供可复制的教学新范式，对推动区域教育高质量发展具有重要意义。

Localized Practical Research on the "Three-Teachers Classroom" in Music
Teaching at Zhongnan Primary School

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of education and the high-qualitydevelopment of aesthetic education in the new era, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements onscientific and technological innovation have charted the fundamental direction for the application oftechnologies in education. The Outline for Building a Powerful Country in Education (2024-2035) takes"artificial intelligence empowering educational refom" as a core strategic measure to advance the in-depthintegration of information technology with teaching and learning. The "Three-Teachers Classroom", proposedby Professor Zhou Hongyu of Central China Normal University, innovatively develops Tao Xingzhi'seducational theories and builds a collaborative education system consisting of classroom teachers, studentmentors and AI teachers. It serves as a practical response to national educational strategies. Targetingprominent problems including unbalanceddistribution of music education resources,unevenacademic foundations among students and insuficient professional competence of part-time music teachers in the region,this study combines the school-running characteristics of Zhongnan Primary School as an experimental schoolpracticing Tao Xingzhi's life-oriented education and the urban-rural integrated features of Hechuan District. Itthoroughly implements Professor Zhou Hongyu's closed-loop philosophy of Knowledge-Practice-Creation andconducts a systematic exploration into the localized implementation approaches of the "Three-TeachersClassroom". The research findings can provide a replicable new teaching model for peer schools and exertfar-reaching significance for promoting the high-quality development of regional education.
