澳门私立中小学体育教师的体育教学环境与幸福感影响研究

[摘要]在澳门城市空间资源紧张和学校体育教育需求提升的背景下，体育教学环境对体育教师职业体验的影响日益凸显。本文以澳门私立中小学体育教师为对象，采用混合研究设计，考察体育教学环境与体育教师幸福感的现状及关系。结果显示，澳门体育教学环境和体育教师幸福感总体均处于较好水平;体育教学环境中心理环境评价最高，物理环境评价最低;体育教师幸福感中专业身份认同感较高，教育教学满意感相对较低。相关分析表明，体育教学环境各维度均与体育教师幸福感呈显著正相关。访谈结果表明，场地设施、资源配置、学校认可和工作负荷等因素影响体育教师幸福感。研究提示，澳门学校应在有限空间条件下，从物理环境、心理环境和文化制度环境三个方面优化体育教学支持体系，以提升体育教师职业幸福感，并推动学校体育教育高质量发展。

Physical Education Teaching Environment and Teacher Well-Being among
Private Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Macao

[Abstract] Against the background of limited urban space and growing demands for school physical edu-cation in Macao, the teaching environment has become increasingly important to the profesional experience ofphysical education teachers. This study examined the current state of the physical education teaching environ-ment and teacher well-being among physical education teachers in private primary and secondary schools inMacao, as well as the relationship between the two. A mixed-methods design was adopted. The results showedthat both the physical education teaching environment and teacher well-being were generally at a relativelygood level. Among the dimensions of the teaching environment, the psychological environment received thehighest rating, while the physical environment received the lowest. In terms of teacher well-being, professionaldentity was relatively high, whereas teaching satisfaction was comparatively low. Correlation analysis indicatedthat all dimensions of the physical education teaching environment were significanly and positively associatedwith teacher well-being. The interview findings further suggested that facilities, resource allocation, schoolrecognition, and workload were important factors affecting teachers' well-being. These findings suggest that, un-der limited spatial conditions, schools in Macao should improve their support system for physical educationteaching through physical, peychological, and institutional-cultural environments, thereby enhancing teachersprofessional well-being and promoting the high-quality development of school physical education.
