“三师课堂”项目式学习实践与育人价值研究
--以小学数学人教版五年级下册“分数的意义”为例

摘 要;在人工智能与教育教学深度融合的背景下，“三师课堂”以教师、小先生、AI智能师三元协同为核心架构，重构课堂主体关系与教学流程。文章以人教版小学数学五年级下册“分数的意义”为教学案例，依托项目式学习路径，系统阐述了“三师课堂”的实施框架运行流程与育人逻辑，重点分析了小先生在课前预学、课中探究、课后拓展全流程中的角色定位、实践路径与育人价值，揭示了小先生制在激活学生主体性、提升合作学习实效、落实素养目标方面的关键作用。实践表明，以小先生为核心组带的三师协同模式，能够有效缓解规模化教学与个性化学习之间的结构性矛盾，推动小学数学概念教学从单向知识传递走向多元实践建构，为小学数学课堂数字化转型及“三师课堂”常态化实施提供了可复制、可推广的本土实践样本。

Learning in the "Three-Teacher Classroom": A Case Study of The

Abstract: Given the close cooperation between artificial intelligence and education, the "Three-TeacherClassroom" has reordered the relationships and teaching processes of classroom subjects to form a mainstructure of a trio, consisting of the teacher, a "Little Teacher" (a peer instructor), and an intelligent Alteacher. Based on the teaching case of "The Meaning of Fractions" (Grade 5, Volume 2, People's EducationPress) in primary school mathematics, this paper will systematically explain the implementation framework,operational process and educational logic of the "Three-Teacher Classroom" under project-based learning. Itanalyzes the function of the "Little Teacher" at all stages of pre-class preview, in-class inquiry and post-classextension to demonstrate that the "Litle Teacher" system can motivate students to take the initiative, enhance the efficicncy of collaborative leaming and achieve competency-oriented goals. Through experience, it has beenfound that with the guidance of a "litle teacher", the three-teacher collaborative model can reduce thestructural tension between large-group instruction and individualisation in learning and change primary schoolmathematics concept teaching from one-way knowledge transmission into multi-dimensional practicalconstruction. This paper introduces an original and transferable model of local practice for the digitalisation ofprimary school mathematics classrooms and the regular implementation of the "Three-Teacher Classroom"
