产教融合赋能提质与国际化突破路径探析
--以泉州轻工职业学院为例

[摘要]职业教育的高质量发展是服务区域产业升级、培育高素质技能人才的关键支撑，而国际化办学则是职业教育对外开放、对接全球产业合作的重要方向。本文以泉州轻工职业学院作为研究样本，基于该校作为教育部现代学徒制试点院校、福建省示范性现代职业院校的办学实践，精准剖析产教融合赋能职业教育提质的现实成效与核心举措。同时，结合泉州作为海丝核心区的区位优势以及学校独特的侨资源禀赋，系统梳理院校依托16个海丝学院实现职教国际化的实践基础与现存短板，探索兼具轻工特色与国际适配性的国际化突破路径。旨在为地方高职院校以产教融合夯实本土根基、以国际化拓展发展空间，实现高质量发展与国际化协同推进提供可复制的实践参考。

[Abstract]High-quality development of vocational education is crucial for regional industrial upgrading andtalent cultivation, and interational schooling is key to its opening-up. Taking Quanzhou Polytechnic of LightIndustry as an example, this paper analyzes its industry-education integration effects and internationalizationpractices (via 16 Maritime Silk Road colleges), exploring paths to provide replicable references for localvocational colleges.
