数字化转型赋能职业教育高质量发展的实践路径探索

[摘要]职业教育高质量发展的重要驱动力是数字化转型，本文以泉州轻工职业学院为例探究数字化转型赋能职业教育高质量发展的实践路径，在进行文献研究和实地调研后分析了该校在数字化转型中的机遇与挑战并总结出其在数字化教学资源建设、智慧校园建设、产教融合平台构建等方面的实践经验。研究表明，数字化转型利于优化教学模式、提升管理效能、推动校企合作，但也面临数字素养不高、基础设施落后等问题，对此本文提出加强数字化人才培养、完善数字基础设施、深入数字化教学改革、构建数字化治理体系等对策建议，这一研究成果对职业院校推进数字化转型、促进职业教育高质量发展有一定借鉴意义。

Exploring Practical Pathways for Digital Transformation Empowering

[Abstract]Digital transformation serves as a key enabler of high-quality vocational education. UsingQuanzhou Light Industry Vocational College as a case study, this paper draws on literature review and fieldresearch to explore practical pathways. It examines the opportunities and challenges encountered during digitaltransformation and summarizes the college's experiences in developing digital teaching resources, constructingsmart campuses, and building industry-education integration platforms, The results indicate that digitaltransformation optimizes teaching models, improves management efficiency, and fosters school-enterprisecollaboration. However, persistent challenges remain, including insufficient digital literacy among faculty andstudents, as well as outdated infrastructure. To address these issues,the paperproposes targetedrecommendations: strengthening digital talent cultivation, upgrading infrastructure, advancing digital teachingreforms, and establishing a digital governance system. These findings offer practical insights for vocationalinstitutions seeking to leverage digital transformation for high-quality development.
