产教融合赋能产业升级:泉州市高职院校的实践探索与案例分析

[摘要]:作为福建省民营经济强市与“海丝起点城市”,泉州依托纺织服装、鞋业、跨境电商、智能制造四大千亿级产业集群，形成“产业需求牵引教育、教育支撑产业发展”的良性互动基础。本文以泉州市多所高职院校为研究对象，系统分析泉州轻工职业学院(对接轻工制造)、泉州经贸职业技术学院(服务现代商贸)、泉州职业技术大学(聚焦汽车与新能源)泉州医学高等专科学校(赋能医疗健康)的产教融合实践案例，总结“产业学院实体化、人才培养定制化、技术服务场景化”的特色路径，剖析当前面临的“中小企业合作动力不足、数字化技能对接滞后”等挑战，提出“强化政策激励、搭建共享平台、深化数字融合”的优化策略，为地方高职院校精准服务区域产业升级提供实践参考。

[Abstract]:As a strong city of private economy and the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road in FujianProvince, Quanzhou relies on four hundred-billion-level industrial clusters textile and garment, footwearcross-border e-commerce, and intelligent manufacturing to fom a virtuous interaction foundation in which"industrial demand drives education and education supports industrial development". Taking mltiple higher vo-cational colleges in Quanzhou as research objects, this paper systematically analyzes the practical cases of in-dustry-education integration in Quanzhou Light Industry Vocational College (serving light industry manufactur-ing), Quanzhou Vocational College of Economics and Trade (serving modem commerce), Quanzhou Vocationaland Technical University (ocusing on automobile and new energy), and Quanzhou Medical College (empoweringhealthcare). It summarizes the characteristic pathways of "industrial college substantiation, customized talentcultivation, and scenario-based technical services", analyzes current challenges such as "insufficient motivationfor cooperation from small and medium-sized enterprises and lagging adaptation to digital skills", and proposesoptimization strategies including "strengthening policy incentives, building sharing platforns, and deepening dig-ital integration", so as to provide practical references for local higher vocational colleges to accurately serve re-gional industrial upgrading.
