被需值教育:
驱动职业教育高质量发展的逻辑机理与实践路径

[摘要]:推动职业教育高质量发展是构建现代职业教育体系的根本要求。当前，职业教育面临从“规模扩张”向“价值创造”转型的深层挑战，其核心在于突破"供给主导”的路径依赖。本研究提出，“被需值教育”理念以其“需求导向”与“价值共生”的内核，为破解此困境提供了新的理论范式。文章借助理论思辨与模型建构，系统阐释了被需值教育通过“目标层一内容层一动力层”三重机理，对职业教育高质量发展达成系统性逻辑重构的作用过程，即从“工具性规训”转向“主体性唤醒”、从“知识堆叠”转向“素养生态”、从“外部驱动”转向“内生涌现”。在此基础上,本研究建构了由"课程教学、评价反馈、教师发展、组织治理”构成的四位一体实践路径，以期为我国职业教育的理论创新与系统性改革提供学理依据与行动框架。

Value-Needed Education: The Logical Mechanism and Practical Path for
Driving High-Quality Development of Vocational Education

[Abstract] Promoting the high-quality development of vocational education is the fundamental requirementfor building a modern vocational education system. It faces the profound challenge of transitioning from scaleexpansion to value creation, with the core issue being the need to break free from the supply-led pathdependence. Needed-Value Education, with its core tenets of demand orientation and value symbiosis, offers anew paradigm to address this predicament. Through theoretical reasoning and model construction, this paperelucidates how it reconstructs the development logie of vocational education via a threefold mechanism target.content, and driving force-achieving a transfomation from instrumental discipline to subjectivity awakening.from knowledge accumulation to a competency ecosystem, and from external drivers to endogenous emergence.Furthermore, it constructs a four-in-one practical pathway encompassing curriculum and teaching, evaluationand feedhack, teacher development, and organizational governance, thereby providing a theoretical rationale andan action framework for theoretical innovation and reform in China's vocational education.
