被需值教育赋能高校思想政治教育高质量发展

[摘要]在当前全面推进教育强国建设、加快发展新质生产力的时代背景下，高校思想政治教育面临着提质增效的内在要求。被需值教育理念深刻把握教育供给与社会需求的辩证关系，以培养契合国家发展需要的时代新人为目标，与高校思想政治教育在理论内核、价值导向及实践指向上具有内在一致性，为实现高校思想政治教育高质量发展提供了重要的理论指引和实践路径。针对被需值教育赋能高校思想政治教育过程中存在的认知偏差、素养转化、实践脱节等现实困境，理应采取创新课程体系、完善评价机制、搭建实践平台、建强师资队伍、优化育人格局等实践路径破解。这既是落实立德树人根本任务的有力举措，也是对教育强国战略的主动回应，充分彰显了被需值教育理念在新时代高校思想政治教育创新中的理论价值与实践意义。

[Abstract] In the curent era of advancing education and boosting new productive forces, universities mustenhance the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education. Required value-oriented educationaligns with societal needs, aiming to culivate individuals who meet national development requirements, Byaddressing cognitive biases and practical challenges, universities can improve education quality throughinnovative curieculum systems, enhanced evaluation mechanisms, and optimized teaching appraches, Thisapprach not only fulfills the core mission of education but also contributes to building a strong educationsystem, showcasing the importance of required value-oriented education in ideological and political education innovation.
