教育集团化办学背景下中小学劳动教育
课程一体化实施的现状与对策

摘 要:劳动教育课程是培养学生全面发展过程中的重要环节。当前,我国中小学劳动教育课程的开发还处于初步探索时期,中小学劳动教育课程一体化在实施过程中存在目标规划不清、内容断层重复、各学段劳动教育课程内容之间街接不够等问题,影响了劳动教育的有效推进。本研究通过实地调研,以重庆育才中学教育集团的8所中小学为研究对象,采用问卷法,调查了小学、初中、高中三个学段共13302名中小学生,利用SPSS分析课程实施中存在的问题,针对劳动教育课程一体化提出了相应的改进措施和建议。

Current Situation and Countermeasures for the Integrated Implementation
of Labor Education Curriculum in Primary and Secondary Schools under
the Context of Educational Group Schooling

Abstract: Labor education curriculum is an important link in cultivating students' all-round development.At present, the development of labor education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in China is stillin the initial exploration stage. In the process of integrated implementation of labor education curiculum inprimary and secondary schools, there are problems such as unclear goal planning, disjointed and repetitivecontent, and insufficient connection between the contents of labor education curiculum in different schoolstages, which affects the effective promotion of labor education. Through field research, this study took 8primary and secondary schools of Chongqing Yucai Middle School Education Group as the rescarch objects,adopted the questionnaire method to investigate 13302 primary, junior high and senior high school students,analyzed the problems existing in curriculum implementation by using SPSS, and put forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions for the integration of labor education curriculum.
