理论·现状·路径:职业本科教育实践教学的建构逻辑基于实践力的思考

摘 要:职业本科教育以培育高素质技术技能人才为核心目标，能有效地提升学生实践力，满足社会岗位需求，为经济社会高质量发展注入源源不断的动力。然而，当前职业本科教育实践教学存在课程设置脱节、教学方法守旧、实训基地匮乏等问题。基于此，在实践力理念下，职业本科教育实践教学应从多方面出发:构建优化课程体系，紧密围绕市场需求，鼓励企业参与，提高实践技能课程比重;创新教学方法，借助信息化手段采用多样化教学方式;强化实训基地建设，完善管理、更新教学内容、加强师資队伍建设，以此推动职业本科教育高质量发展。

Theory, Current Situation, Path: The Construction Logic of PracticalTeaching in Vocational Undergraduate Education: Thoughts Based onPractical Ability

Abstract: Vocational undergraduate education aims to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents asits core objective, effectively enhancing students' practical abilities, meeting the demands of social positions,and injecting a continuous stream of impetus into the high-quality development of the social cconomyHowever, curent vocational undergraduate education's practical teaching faces problems such as disconnectedcuriculum settings, outdated teaching methods, and a lack of training bases. Based on these, under theconcept of practical ability, the practical teaching of vocational undergraduate education should be constructedfrom multiple aspects: optimizing the curriculum system, closely aligning with market demands, encouraging enterprise participation, and increasing the proportion of practical skills courses; innovating teaching methods,adopting diversified teaching approaches, and leveraging information technology; strengthening the constructionof training bases, improving management, updating teaching content, and reinforcing the construction of theteaching staff, thereby promoting the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education
