以陶行知“六大解放”思想为指引,构建拔尖创新人才培养体系

摘要:创新是引领发展的第一动力,人才是支撑创新发展的第一资源。加快培养创新型、拔尖型人才,是我国教育事业的重要任务。陶行知先生提出的“六大解放”思想,为拔尖创新人才的培养提供了重要启示。在分析陶行知“六大解放”思想内涵与价值的基础上,剖析了当前拔尖创新人才培养存在的问题与挑战,提出以“六大解放”思想为指引,从解放教育目的、教学内容、教学方法、学习方式、教育环境、教师身份等方面构建拔尖创新人才培养体系,并就拔尖创新人才培养体系的实施路径进行了探讨,以期为新时代拔尖型、创新型人才培养提供借鉴。
Abstract: Innovation is the primary driver of development, and talent is the foremost resource supporting innovative growth.Accelerating the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is a crucial mission for China's education sector. The“Six Liberations”philosophy proposed by Mr.Tao Xingzhi offers significant insights into fostering such talents. Based on an analysis of the meaning and value of Tao Xingzhi’s“Six Liberations” philosophy, the research examines the current challenges and issues in cultivating top-notch innovative talents. It proposes a framework for building a talent cultivation system guided by the“Six Liberations”philosophy, focusing on liberating educational objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, learning approaches, educational environments,teacher roles. Additionally, it explores pathways for implementing this system, aiming to provide a reference for nurturing top-notch innovative talents in the new era.
