摘要:在新时代教育评价改革的背景下,文章针对当前教师评价中重结果轻过程、重经验轻数据等问题,提出“五乐五阶”评价模型,聚焦教师的师德修养、专业能力和教学实践,探讨幼儿园教师发展评价体系的构建与实践。通过数字化工具和循证方法,实现教师专业发展的精准评估与动态跟踪。研究分为顶层设计、体系优化和数字化赋能三个阶段,构建了以“五乐”为核心、以“五阶”为发展路径的评价体系,通过数字化平台生成个性化发展报告,帮助教师明确发展方向。实践表明,该模型有效提升了教师专业素养和幼儿园教育质量,为新时代教师评价改革提供了科学依据和实践范例。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of educational evaluation reform in the new era, addressing current issues in teacher evaluation such as an overemphasis on results over processes and reliance on experience over data, the “Five Joys and Five Stages"evaluation model is proposed. This model focuses on teachers’cthical cultivation,professional capabilities, and teaching practices,exploring the construction and implementation of a kindergarten teacher development evaluation system. Through digital tools and evidence-based methods,precise assessment and dynamic tracking of teachers’professional growth are achieved. The rescarch is divided into three phases: top-level design, system optimization and digital empowerment, constructing an evaluation system centered on the“Five Joys”and structured around the“Five Stages”.Digital platforms generate personalized development reports, helping teachers clarify their growth directions.Practice demonstrates that the model effectively enhances teachers’professional and kindergarten education quality, providing a scientific basis and practical example for educational evaluation reform in the new era.
