摘要:保障就业率是目前所有中国大陆高校的一个重点议题,制造课堂氛围、提升学习效果和培养质量、深化校企深化合作针对该问题的"连招",其背后的逻辑在于:如课堂氛围较好,对学生主动学习有一定促进作用,进而MSW的学生质量就会提升,用人单位对此也会更加满意,学校声誉因此也会提升。关注<<党群社会工作研究>>的课程改革,意在从这个维度来培养更好的党群社会工作者,参与基层治理现代化建设。因此,本文以该混合式课程实践和改革为分析对象,研究发现,首先是制造课堂氛围需要:第一,硬设备的支持;第二,提升亲和力;第三,提出比较热门的"近期话题"以加强师生互动;第四,采取奖励;第五,注重学生群体的心理需求(对课程的);其次是学校提升党群社会工作学习者的就业率需要:第一,强化课程质量:第二,推动学校和相关平台的合作;第三,强化学习氛围和保证学习质量;第四,加强<<党群社会工作研究>>的课程改革,提升就业平台对学生质量的满意度。该研究旨在对促进该课程依据市场需求的改革及提升相关学生的就业与学校声誉有一定的意义与启发。

Abstract:  Ensuring the employment rate is currently a key issue for all universities in Chinesemainland. The "series of measures" to address this problem, such as creating a classroomatmosphere, enhancing learning outcomes and training quality, and deepening cooperationbetween universities and enterprises, are based on the following logic: If the classroomatmosphere is good, it will have a certain promoting effect on students' active learning. As aresult, the quality of students at MSW will improve, employers will be more satisfied with it,and the school's reputation will also be enhanced. Paying attention to the curriculum reformof "Research on Party-Mass Social Work" aims to cultivate better Party-mass social workersfrom this dimension and participate in the modernization of grassroots governance. Therefore,this paper takes the practice and reform of this blended course as the object of analysis. Theresearch finds that, first of all, creating a classroom atmosphere requires: First, the support ofhard equipment; Second, enhance affinity; Third, propose relatively popular "recent topics" toenhance interaction between teachers and students; Fourth, adopt rewards; Fifth, pay attentionto the psychological needs of the student group(for the curriculum); Secondly, to enhance theemployment rate of learners of Party and mass social work in schools, the following needs tobe done: First,strengthen the quality of courses; Second, promote cooperation between schoolsand relevant platforms; Third, strengthen the learning atmosphere and ensure the quality oflearning; Fourth, strengthen the curriculum reform of "Research on Party-Mass Social Work"and enhance the satisfaction of employment platforms with the quality of students. This researchaims to have certain significance and inspiration for promoting the reform of this course basedon market demand and enhancing the employment of related students as well as the reputationof the school.
