“三师课堂"何以可能:高师院校教学改革的治理研究

摘 要;在国家教育数宇化战略与“人工智能+教育”政策的共同推动下，高师院校课堂教学改革面临“主体性缺失”“技术浅表化”“生态割裂化"三重治理失灵困境。文章以治理理论为分析透镜，以陶行知“生活·实践”教育思想为价值根基，通过对H大学“三师课堂”教学改革的多案例研究，系统阐释"教师一小先生一AI智能师”三元协同课堂治理模式的制度设计与机制创新。研究发现，课堂改革的本质是权力结构、资源配置、协同关系的制度重构。“三师课堂”通过分布式决策、激励相容、信息透明与反馈闭环、能力共建四大机制，实现了从“单中心管控”向“多中心协同治理”的范式转型，为高师院校教学改革提供了可迁移的理论框架与实践路径。

How Is the "Three-Teacher Classroom" Possible: A Governance Study onTeaching Reform in Normal Universities

Abstract: Driven by the national education digitalization strategy and the policy of "Artificial Intelligence+ Teacher Education", classroom teaching reform in nomal universities is confronted with a triple governancefailure dilemma marked by "loss of subjectivity", "superficial application of technology" and "fragmentedecosystem". Taking governance theory as the analytical lens and Tao Xingzhi's "Life-Practice" educationalthought as the value foundation, this paper conducts a multiple case study on the "Three-Teacher Classroom'teaching reform in University H, and systematically illustrates the institutional design and mechanism innovationof the tripartite collaborative classroom governance model of "teachers-little teachers-AI intelligent teachers".The study reveals that the essence of classroom reform lies in the institutional reconstruction of power structure, resource allocation and collaborative relations. Through four major mechanisms including distributed decision-making, incentive compatibility, information transparency & feedback closed loop, and capacityco-construction, the "Three-Teacher Classroom" realizes the paradigm shift from "single-center control" to"multi-center collaborative governance". It provides a transferable theoretical framework and practical path for teaching reform in normal universities.
