以师生共生激活育人活力
--基于成安县向阳小学“向阳教育·向样发展"的实践探索

摘 要:随着教育改革深化与立德树人根本任务的提出，传统以教师为中心、以知识传授为核心的教育模式已难以适应新时代学生全面发展的需求。“师生共生”理念打破了单向教育供给现状，构建起师生地位平等、价值共创、成长共进的新型教育生态。文章以成安县向阳小学为研究对象，立足“向阳教育·向样发展”的办学实践，在梳理师生共生理念的理论基础的前提下，分析传统教育模式的特点与弊端，阐释师生共生的特征与优势，探索师生共生理念在基层学校的落地路径，为新时代学校教育创新发展提供可借鉴的实践范式。关键词:师生共生;基层小学;向阳教育;教育活力;实践路径
Activating Educational Vitality through Teacher-Student Symbiosis: A
Practical Exploration Based on "Sunshine Education-Exemplary
Development" at Chengan County Sunshine Primary School

Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepening educational reforms and the fundamental task of "fosteringvirtue through education," the traditional teacher-centered, knowledge-transmission-oriented educational modelcan no longer fully meet the demands of students' holistic development in the new era. The concept of"teacher-student symbiosis" breaks away from the unidirectional logic of educational provision, constructing anew educational ecosystem characterized by equal status, value co-creation, and mutual growth betweenteachers and students. Taking Chengan County Sunshine Primary School as a case study, this article groundsits analysis in the school's practice of "Sunshine Education - Exemplary Development." On the premise ofclarifying the theoretical foundations of the teacher-student symbiosis concept, it analyzes the characteristics andshortcomings of traditional educational models, elucidates the features and advantages of teacher-student symbiosis, and explores pathways for implementing this concept at the grassroots primary school level. Thestudy aims to provide a practical paradigm that can inform innovative educational development in schools in the new era.
