生活实践教育视角下儿童学术启蒙的路径建构-赋能拔尖创新人才的早期培养

摘要:在全球化与科技革命加速的当下,自主培养拔尖创新人才对增强国家核心竞争力至关重要。传统教育模式侧重标准化的知识传递,已难以满足未来社会对复杂问题解决能力的需求。拔尖创新人才培育工程需贯穿基础教育,尤其对儿童进行学术素养的早期启蒙,将学术素养的培养前置,以区域特色资源为实践载体构建科学启蒙路径,成为拔尖创新人才早期孵化的重要方向。陶行知的生活教育理念为新时代教育改革提供了坚实的思想基础,近年来更发展为"生活.实践"教育,强调教育应回归生活、扎根实践、师生共学共长。文章在"生活.实践"教育理念的指导下,以儿童学术素养为路径,探索自主培养未来拔尖创新人才的有效模式。
Abstract: Amid the accelerating globalization and technological revolution, the independent cultivation oftop-notch innovative talents is crucial to enhance a country'S core competitiveness. Traditional educationalmodels, which focus on standardized knowledge transmission, struggle to meet the demands of future societyfor complex problem-solving capabilities. The project of nurturing top-notch innovative talents must span basiceducation,with a particular emphasis on the early enlightenment of children's academic literacy. Front loadingthe development of academic literacy and constructing scientific enlightenment pathways based on regional characteristic resources as practical carriers have become key dircctions for the carly incubation of top-notchinnovative talents. Tao Xingzhi's educational philosophy of "Life Education" has laid a solid ideologicalfoundation for educational reform in the new era, and in recent years, it has further evolved into"Life-Practice" education. This philosophy emphasizes that education should retur to life, take root inpractice, and promote mutual learing and growth between teachers and students. Guided by the"Lifo-Practice" educational philosophy, this paper explores an effective model for independently culivatingfuture top-notch innovative talents through the pathway of children's academic literacy.
