摘要:陶行知"小先生制"以"即知即传"打破传统教育桎梏,为学前教育提供了新思路。新时代背景下,"新时代小先生行动"聚焦儿童群体,鼓励幼儿在生活、游戏等场景中主动分享经验与能力,实現教学相长,成为落实立德树人、培育时代新人的创新实践。幼儿园在具体实践中,立足生活、游戏、课程活动等多元路径,培育生活、游戏、学习等不同类型小先生,并积极联动家庭与社区资源,拓宽幼儿的实践空间,助力幼儿全面发展。
Abstract: Tao Xingzhi's "Little Teacher System" breaks the shackles of traditional education with theprinciple of "immediate sharing of knowledge", providing a new approach for popular education. In thecontext of the new era, the "New Era Little Teacher Initiative" focuses on children, encouraging youngchildren to actively share their experiences and abilities in various scenarios such as life and play, achievingmutual growth in teaching and learing. It has become an innovative practice for implementing moraleducation and cultivating new era talents. In specific practices, kindergartens cultivate different types of "Tittleteachers" in life, play, and curriculum activities, and actively link family and community resources to expandchildren's practical space and promote their all-round development.
