摘要:“新时代小先生行动”是对我国伟大的人民教育家陶行知提出的“小先生制”的继承和发展,是我国教育工作者在开展“生活·实践”教育实验中面向基础教育领域推广的协同育人模式。以“新时代小先生行动”为载体创建家校社协同育人模式,是坚持立德树人的重要举措,是助推“双减”的必然要求,是提高教育质量的重要抓手,更是促进终身学习建设学习型社会的客观需要。“新时代小先生行动”促进家校社协同育人目标指向学生全面发展、育人责任涉及社会多元主体、育人场域贯通现实生活场所、协作方式耦合现代信息技术,助推家校社协同育人机制构建。现阶段,“新时代小先生行动”需要明确协同育人目标,厘清多元主体权责,优化交流沟通渠道,完善多元评价方式建立健全保障机制,不断探索家校社有效衔接、多元融合的实践路径。
Abstract: “NewEra Little Gentleman Action” is the inheritance and development of Tao Xingzhi's“Little Gentleman System", and it's a collaborative education model for the basic education field promoted by our educators in carrying out life-Practiceeducationexperiments. Through the“New Era Little Gentleman Action” to create family-school-society collaborative education model is of great significance. The“New Era Little Gentleman Action” aims to promote the comprehensive development of students, communicate with social education subjects,contact with students’real life and apply modem information technology. Now,“New Era Little Gentleman Action”needs to constantly explore more effective ways of family-school-socicty collaborative education.
